RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns policy lasts 30 days.
Defective or damaged items may be exchangable. If you need to exchange an item please get in touch. Belle Brightly exchanges unsatisfactory items in the event that the customer contacts the business within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges & Returns are processed on a case by case basis. To be eligible for an exchange please contact Belle Brightly within 30 days of delivery.

Gift cards
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders cannot be cancelled, however please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once a return pr exchange is processed and confirmed, this will be sent along with notification of approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, this will be processed and credited automatically to the original payment method.
